A Lecturer of Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic Unwana in the Department of Electrical Electronics Engineering identified as Engr.Ernest Ugwunna Osuagwu has bagged a second master degree in renewable energy engineering with a Distinction.
The Lecturer graduated today 24th July, 2023 from Kingston University London,one of the top universities in United Kingdom
Speaking with our correspondence, Engr. Osuagwu disclosed that the certificate costs him 15000 pounds on tuition alone naira equivalent of 16.5 million
